2024年9月5日(木)、6日(金)に開催される、AI分野の発展に必要不可欠である自然言語処理（以下、NLP）や計算言語学といった関連分野の学会「YANS」の研究シンポジウム「第19回YANSシンポジウム」においてゴールドスポンサーを務めます。
AwwではAI技術を使用してバーチャルヒューマンの可能性を拡大し、エンターテインメント、音楽、ライブストリーム業界でグローバルなバーチャルスターの創出を目指しており、2024年6月には最新のAIとアクセラレーテッド・コンピューティング・テクノロジーを保有する米国NVIDIAとの協業を開始しました。今回のスポンサーシップを通じて、若手研究者のサポートやAI技術の最前線での知識共有を促進してまいります。
YANSの会場ではAI×バーチャルヒューマンの第一弾として「AI imma」のデモンストレーションも予定しています。将来的にはAI×バーチャルヒューマンの技術を応用することで、様々なバーチャルアバターで最適なLLMを組み合わせることが可能となり、専門的な利用から汎用的な利用まで、幅広いシーンでの活用を見込んでいます。
今回はデモンストレーションとして、参加されている方どなたでもAI immaと会話することが可能です。

Aww aims to expand the potential of virtual humans using AI, striving to create global virtual stars in the entertainment, music, and live streaming industries. In June 2024, we began a collaboration with NVIDIA, a U.S. company known for its cutting-edge AI and accelerated computing technologies.
Through this sponsorship with YANS, we are committed to supporting young researchers and promoting knowledge sharing at the forefront of AI innovation.
At the YANS event, we will also be showcasing a demonstration of “AI imma,” the first in our AI x Virtual Human series. In the future, this technology will enable us to combine the most suitable Large Language Models (LLMs) with various virtual characters, allowing for both specialized and general-purpose applications across a wide range of scenarios.
As part of the demonstration, attendees will have the opportunity to interact directly with AI imma.
