We are pleased to announce that Tetsuro Miyatake, CEO of Off Topic Ltd., known for its podcast “Off Topic”, has been appointed as our advisor.

■Background behind the appointing of an Advisor
As a production company of virtual humans, we have developed and operated several virtual humans in Japan and abroad, with “imma” at the top of the list. Currently, as the market growth of virtual humans abroad is accelerating, “Ayayi” in China and “Katii” in the ASEAN region have grown to become the leading virtual human in their respective regions.
Although virtual humans have been mainly used as a model for business advertisements and as an influencer in different social media platforms, we believe that there is more potential for virtual humans than what they have been used for. We are expanding our business especially in Web3 and with contents that are digital-native (NFT’s, digital fashion, etc.).
With Tetsuro Miyatake joining us, we would like to expand our business further with the help of his broad experiences as an start-up investor, and with his deep understanding of Web3 and in the business of service and entertainment.

Throughout the history of the internet, we have transformed more and more of our offline experiences to become digital. The next age of consumer and social experiences will come from internet native services, mediums, and companies. Aww has the opportunity to become a true internet native company, and I am excited for how it will continue to evolve.
