Aww is currently engaged in the production of virtual humans belonging to our own company, including imma, and in the development and production of new virtual humans.
Aww has developed a system to efficiently produce high quality virtual humans by incorporating the basic technology of virtual humans into the form of a “master model”, and we are actively providing the technology to our partner companies.
Virtual humans are attracting increasing attention on a global scale, and we are receiving inquiries from companies in Japan and overseas on a daily basis.
In order to maintain the quality of photorealistic and believable CG characters that look human-like which is the strength of Aww, we are looking for a person who can manage each project in cooperation with the development team.
In the Production Manager position, you will be in charge of communicating with the development team, adjusting schedules to ensure that deliverables are done in time for release, and managing new technologies and tools for new projects.
You will not only be responsible for coordination and management, but will also be able to proactively propose the introduction of tools suitable for the project and challenge new technologies.
- Schedule management for overall CG content development
- Production management and schedule adjustment for virtual human development/production team
- Management of various production tools

What we are looking for
Minimal requirements:
- 2 year+ working experiences in CG production management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in video or game production
- Schedule management of multiple projects
- Business level English or Chinese
- Experience using 3D software
